About the studio

You bring the expertise. We bring it to life online. Whether you’re plating dishes, fixing boilers, or running a barber’s chair, your website should show the care behind your work.

Small studio. Personal attention.

Stylish Ink is an independent web studio that works fully online. When you start a project, you work directly with the person designing your website — from the first conversation to launch day.

Every site starts from your story, your services, and your customers — never a template with your logo dropped in.

What we do

From a first idea to a lasting impression.

Four ways we can help. Each one starts with a conversation about your business and ends with a written quote — no surprises.

Logo & brand identity

Custom quote

A clear, memorable look for your business: the logo, colors, and fonts that make you instantly recognizable — on your website and everywhere else.

Best for: new businesses, or brands that feel dated or inconsistent.

  • A brand-new logo, or a refresh of the one you have
  • A color palette and font pairing
  • Simple text logo or refresh included in the Signature package

Website redesign

Already have a website that isn’t working for you? We give it a clearer structure, a sharper message, and a much better experience on phones.

Best for: sites that look outdated, are hard to use, or don’t bring in inquiries.

  • A review of your current content and menus
  • A fresh design with mobile improvements
  • Moving platforms or add-ons quoted separately

Ongoing website care

From $25/mo

Keep your website accurate as your business changes — new prices, hours, photos, or offers — without having to learn how to do it yourself.

Best for: owners who want a hands-off website after launch.

  • Up to 30 minutes of content updates a month
  • A monthly check that links and forms work
  • Larger changes quoted separately

How it works

Good collaboration. Better outcomes.

Three clear stages, with a written scope and agreed timeline before anything starts.

  1. 01

    Discover

    Start with your story.

We talk about your services, customers, and goals. Then we agree on the project scope, cost, and schedule — in writing.

  2. 02

    Design

    Make it feel like you.

We develop the visual direction and page structure, then bring your content together into a complete experience.

  3. 03

    Refine & launch

    Get the details right.

You review the work. We make the agreed changes and check everything before launch and handover.

Good to know

Your domain

You buy your web address (about $12–20 a year) in your own name, so you always own it. We walk you through it and connect it for you.

Hosting

Most small websites can run on free hosting. We set it up in your name, so there’s usually no monthly hosting bill.

Changes after launch

Small updates like prices, hours, or photos are covered by website care (from $25/month). Bigger additions, like new pages or booking, are quoted before any work starts.

Google

Business and Signature include setting up your free Google Business Profile. Paid advertising, like Google Ads, isn’t included.

What you provide

Your text, photos, and logo if you have one. Not sure what to write? We’ll guide you through it with simple questions.

Payment

50% to get started and 50% at launch. Your written quote confirms the exact price before anything begins.

Paid tools or plugins, licensed stock photos, online stores, and custom integrations aren’t included unless listed in your written quote. Copywriting and photography are supplied by you unless agreed otherwise. Search rankings and sales results can’t be guaranteed.

Questions & answers

A few things worth knowing.

Straight answers to the questions we hear most — before you spend a cent.

Still have a question?

Send us a message and we’ll get back to you by email — no pressure, no obligation.

What do I need to get started?

Just the basics: your business name, what you offer, how customers should contact you, and any logo or photos you already have. Don’t worry if it isn’t all ready — we’ll tell you exactly what each page needs and point out anything that’s missing.

Can you work with my existing website?

Yes. We review your current site and suggest how to make it better. Anything extra, like moving to a new platform or connecting other tools, is discussed and agreed in your written quote before we start.

How long will my website take?

Once we have your text and photos, most projects take: Essential 3–5 days, Business 1–2 weeks, and Signature 2–3 weeks. It can vary with how quickly feedback comes back, so your written quote confirms an agreed timeline before the project starts.

Do I need to buy a domain or hosting?

You buy your domain (your web address, about $12–20 a year) in your own name, and we connect it for you. Most small websites can run on free hosting, which we set up in your name, so there’s usually no monthly hosting bill.

Do we need to meet in person?

No. We work fully online, so we can work with you wherever you are — by email, phone, or video call, whichever suits you.

Can I add things to my website later?

Absolutely. Small updates like prices, hours, or photos are covered by website care from $25/month. Bigger additions, like new pages, online booking, or a shop, get their own written quote first — so you always know the cost before any work starts.
